At Hobbies Used Auto Parts, we know that getting your vehicle back on the road is your top priority. We take pride in processing orders quickly and shipping them securely, whether you are across the state or across the ocean.
1. Processing & Handling Time

Standard Orders: Most parts are pulled, inspected, and processed within 1–3 business days.

Large Items: Freight items (engines, transmissions, etc.) may require an additional 24–48 hours for secure crating and palletizing.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the following business day.
2. Domestic Shipping (USA)
We offer various shipping tiers depending on the size of the part:

Standard Shipping: Delivery via USPS, FedEx, or UPS.

Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for those who need parts urgently.

Local Pickup: Free local pickup is available at our yard during standard business hours. Please wait for a "Ready for Pickup" notification before arriving.
3. International Shipping
We ship worldwide! International shipping rates and transit times vary significantly based on the destination and customs procedures.

Customs/Duties: Please note that the buyer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees imposed by their country.

Tracking: All international orders include tracking information so you can monitor your part’s journey.
4. Freight Shipping (Engines & Transmissions)
Large or heavy items are shipped via LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight.

Residential vs. Commercial: Freight delivery to a commercial address with a loading dock or forklift is typically cheaper than residential delivery.

Liftgate Service: If you do not have a forklift at your location, a liftgate fee may apply.
5. Shipping Damage
We inspect all parts before they leave our yard. However, if your part arrives damaged:

Note the damage with the delivery driver immediately.

Take photos of the packaging and the damaged part.

Contact us within 48 hours so we can file a claim and resolve the issue for you.
